Marie is from Nashville, TN and Katy is from Maryland. And we will be in TX very soon!! We will be performing at the Ladies Are Funny Festival in Austin, TX Saturday May 12th 11pm at the Salvage Vangaurd Theater! Hope you can make it out.

We have been traveling around quite a bit lately and would love to come to St. Louis!! If you have any Wash U contacts let us know. We'd love to play there :) Otherwise we hope to make it out to your neck of the woods soon. We'll keep you posted!

Katy got her snobby degree at Barnard College and graduated with a combined major of music and dance. Marie flashed her elitism around at Appalachian State with a degree in theater education.

How did you 2 meet and come up with the idea for the Reformed Whores?

We met at a house warming party in Brooklyn. Neither of us knew anyone at the party and we struck up a conversation around our mutual love of bacon rolled scallops. Marie mentioned she played the ukulele. Katy told Marie she played the accordion. Marie said "Let's start a band!". It turned out to be a musical comedy match made in heaven. And the rest, as they say, is history...

Well now that we have our KickStarter campaign up we have until April 21st to raise the funds. Once that's in order we hope to make it into the studio right away. It will take a bit of time to record, mix, master and print out hard copies but we hope to have it all done by June. We can't wait to make it available to everyone!!!
